The Premier League Champions Chelsea has agreed on a deal to bring back former midfielder to the Stamford Bridge.
Jordan Houghton has been signed back from Doncaster Rovers this summer.
Houghton spent much of last season on loan at the Keepmoat from Stamford Bridge until a serious knee injury curtailed his spell at the club in February.
The midfielder was injured for the greater part of last season but he has recovered on time this summer to complete the move and the Doncaster boss says everything is now sorted for him to return.
