These homosexuals were arraigned before a Magistrate’s court at Yaba, Lagos, today. Court admitted them to bail at N500,000 each with two sureties one of which must be a relative who must live within court jurisdiction and show evidence of tax payment.
They are also to undergo court-ordered observation and tests by the Lagos State Aids Control Agency….
